Turns out this was not the manual i was looking for. The concertmate 670 keyboard i have is a "Realistic" model made for Radio Shack and none of the diagrams on the owners manual i received matches up. HOWEVER, I must say the service Owners Manual provides was fast and efficient by being available online. The manual was in good readable condition and easily downloaded.

Channel Label
Move the joystick V or v to scroll through the channels until you find the channel you want to skip or add. Then press to select it. 2 Move the joystick V or v to toggle between Add or Skip. Then press to select. 3 To add or skip more channels, repeat steps 1 and 2. 4 Move the joystick B to return to the Channel Setup Menu, or press MENU to exit the Menus. Allows you to assign labels (such as station call letters) to channel numbers. You can label up to 20 channels. 1 Move the joystick to highlight Channel and press . 2 Move the joystick V v to scroll through the channel numbers (1-125). Then press to select the channel number that you want to assign a label. 3 Move the joystick to highlight Label and press . 4 Move the joystick V v to scroll through the label characters (A-Z, 0-9, etc). Then press to select the highlighted character. Repeat to add up to 5 characters to the label.
